Imaging Lab
Please note that the VRC lab will be open on a limited basis for students, instructors, and faculty beginning in Fall 2021. You are welcome to use the VRC’s desk space during open hours to work on your own projects. Coffee and tea are also available in the office. Access to equipment, software, and desk space will be by reservation, please email visualresources@uchicago.edu or schedule a workstation appointment. The lab includes the following equipment and software available for use:
- Mac desktops
- Epson flatbed scanners
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Software for making film clips, such as Wondershare, and disc drives
- Drawing tablet
Equipment reserved through the camera lending program can also be selected and picked up in the VRC lab.
